First, make sure the request is not a scam trying to trick you into sending money to someone you don't know! If you're confident in the legitimacy of the request, follow these steps: 1. Download a free Bitcoin wallet from your mobile phone's App Store. Follow the setup instructions; this will generate a Bitcoin address for you, which works similarly to a "bank account number". 2. Bring cash, your phone, and a photo ID (driver's license or passport) to our ATM. Register at the ATM (usually takes 3 minutes, but it can take up to 30 minutes).
